Hi there! I'm new here and I'm hoping to put some mods on my bone stock Redondo Red 3.2 6MT 2005 TL with 101k miles. I have some ideas of what mods I want, but I at least want to make it more raw and planted.


Here's my current mod list (its just ideas, not actual parts):
-stiffer engine mount/torque arm inserts
-control arm bushings
-ducktail lip spoiler/type-s style spoiler
-resonator/muffler delete
-front splitter
-coilovers
-rear sway bar
-intake

Throw all of your recommendations at me! If we can get this TL to 300whp all engine, that would be amazing!

Welcome to the forum.

I would focus on maint instead of mods. 300 WHP with full bolt on are achievable, the 07-08 TL being around for a decade and half and there are tons of info here on AZ.

There are a number of sub forums. There are 5, right above where this thread is created. Broken down into audio, performance, picture gallery, problems & fixes, and Tires/wheels & suspension.



Nice mod list. Maintenance is key also. After maintenance I started with stickier summer tires, and the progress rear sway bar.

Yes there are sub forum located in the 3G menu, however the search function here is cumbersome. I would go to Google and type "XYZ topic :Acurazine:" you can narrow the search down better than go through here.

Thank you!! I'll definitely give some thought to maintenance! My TL has an acceleration wobble and I'm worried about where its coming from. I'm definitely going to get that checked out! Thank you for the sway bar recommendation!
