I bought me a 06 black tl and just trying to get ideas on wheels and what suspension is everyone riding? I want to stay as close to comfort of stock as possible.

Do it right and go for some coilovers instead of springs. I can't comment on what type but I'm sure you'll find tons of reviews here. I had Tein springs and really wanted to go lower after a few weeks. The ride was decent but after riding in cars with coilovers done right it was clear I should have gone that route.

Wheels...there are hundreds of possibilities but if you want a stockish appearance the A-specs are a great choice.

Congrats on the new ride. To the OP, I'd also recommend searching as a number of members on here have done some amazing mods to their rides.

Hey Bro, welcome to the TL!

As previously mentioned, I would do some checking/searching - there are plenty of threads dealing with Wheels/Fitments, Suspension upgrades...etc...and since a lot of people on Azine are thorough, they include pictures, comments about the said upgrades..and so on.

for my I would agree and suggest going with coils - you'll be happier in the long run, and I wouldn't go smaller than 18's on the wheels - 17's are just too small on this car imo...

And yes, let us know where in the Southeast you are. Many areas down here have meets pretty regularly which is a great way to connect with other enthusiasts...
