Having AC problems

I have no clue what is wrong with my vehicles heat and air conditioner. Last winter it when I turn on the heat it blew out cold air. This summer when i turned on the ac it blew hot air? It seems like its blowing in air from the outside and not converting the temperature. Any clues anyone?

Welcome Twin2Blue !!!
Check your owner's manual, there's a self-diagnostic feature built within your climate control.

no owner manual? go here to download free copy- need cars VIN number
www.owners.acura.com site has lots of good info- a place to store radio and nav codes plus a maintenance log
Ck recall status too, there were some a few years ago
reg with acura care too 1 800 382 2238 x5 gets human
