'04 TL code questions

'04 TL with 179K miles is throwing the following codes:

25-1 YAW rate sensor malfunction
61-1 battery voltage malfunction
P2197 O2 sensor signal biased / stuck lean Bank 2 Sensor 1

The CEL light is on most of the time as well as the Airbag light on the left side of the speedometer window. Also the car surges fairly consistently while accelerating. Are these codes relative to that? Thanks.

troubleshooting 101, tackle one problem at a time.
figure out the charging issue...bad alternator? bad ground? bad battery?

once you figure that out; the other issues will fall in line and will be easy to diagnose

Thanks justnspace. Being a VERY novice wrencher, what would be the best way to go about checking these things? Bringing it to my (trusted) mechanic? I'd like to avoid that if possible in the spirit of saving $$$.

I'd start with the battery. How old is it? Is it outputting the correct voltage when the car is off? 12.2-12.4 volts.
Next, i'd check the cables itself. Are they corroded? Are they making good contact with the battery?
Next, look at the ground wires. Are they corroded? Are they making good contact with the chassis?
Then have the alternator checked at AutoZone. Check the ground wires there as well.
