My lost your gain

145,000miles
- 4 tires+alignment
- manual transmission fluid service
- both rear wheel bearings (only left was faulty)
- air conditioning charged/checked

146,000miles
- complete timing belt job performed
Parts replaced: timing belt, timing belt tensioner, timing belt adjuster pulley , water pump, coolant, drive belt, drive belt tensioner
- passenger side motor mount
- pcv valve
- engine air filter
- oil change

147,000miles
- engine power flushed

149,000miles
- A/F sensor
- cabin air filter
- shift knob boot (old one had a hole)

150,000miles
- oil change
- rear sway bar bushings
- front lower ball joints
- headlights restored

153,000miles
- oil change
- spark plugs
- horns ( low side was inop)
- rear license plate bracket (old one had a crack)
- air cleaner intake hose (leaking)
- driver side mirror (old was scratched)

155,500miles
- oil change
- tire rotation
- power steering pump
- power steering pump reservoir hose

158,000miles
- complete brake job overhaul
Parts replaced: rotors all around (slotted/drilled) ,brake pads all around, brake calipers all around (front Brembos, freshly painted, old ones were peeling . Back calipers painted same color to match)

The maintenance might look a little overkill but understand that i am a Acura certified technician, therefore not only did i have access to a lift and the parts, i did all the work myself.I bought the car knowing it would need some work, also i like to drive a safe reliable car.
Reason for selling : need an automatic due to a recently developed knee issue (its painful to constantly shift gears after a injury i suffered).
All receipts available and included for the parts.(over $1,500)
Will come with 2 keys and 1 fob.
Factory options installed: cargo Mat, cargo net
2007 to 2008 tl type-s parts installed : wheels,tail lights,rear side markers.
Absolutly positively no warming lights.
Vehicle is currently financed thru my local bank, so to release the title will have to finalize payment with bank.

Mileage will go up has it is my daily driver.

BAD:
- usual cracks on the dashboard (i have a dashboard mat that covers it)
- passenger seat bottom leather has 2 cracks
- front bumper has a small cut

Will hate to see it go, but my commute to work forces me to do the wise thing.
I hope it goes to a nice home

Please resubmit your thread using this standardized new thread format, which will make it easier for buyers to find the information they want and also enhance the prospects of selling the car. Please read the Members Cars For Sale: Rules and Regulations thread for more information. This thread has been closed.

The following information should be the first thing posted in the first post. Copy and paste items 1-12 below, with the number and the description in its entirety and start the thread with the information filled in. If you don't know or don't care to answer just put a reason for not replying. You may add additional information after items 1-12 are posted. Even though some of the info may already be entered, this will allow you to fine-tune it, like obo, etc.

1. Price:
2. Mileage:
3. Color, Transmission-auto or manual, Navi:
4. Reason for selling:
5. Location: (Also, please enter the location of the car in the thread title.)
6. Pictures: (Links are ok here, but please post actual pictures after item 12 so all the text is in one place and easier to see)
7. Are you the first owner? If not, how many owners were there (to the best of your knowledge)?
8a. Title is clean/clear/rebuilt/salvage/if other, explain further (select one):
8b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder:
9. VIN (would be nice to have but I can understand that some people do not want to publicly post this):
10. Modifications:
11. Service record:
12. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc.

You can use this thread as an example of how the thread should be submitted.

Any attachments that were posted have been deleted so you can use them again in the new thread.
