As much as I'd like to punt that thread into E-space, I don't think it warrants a closure (yet).

Well, Herr Mod...this is your territory and I'd defer to your good judgment before over-stepping my jurisdiction.
But, if we lock this thread up, we really should just DELETE it.

A stupid car tapped the corner of my rear bumper when trying to do some stupid ass lane change maneuver when I was coming back from lunch.. I got out of the car and he had the audacity to say, "I didn't hit your car" and then tried to take off.. I took a pic of his license plate but the scratch is very very light.. Also it's a rental car so I could care less realistically.. I think I'll only bring it up if the place decides to charge me else shouldn't even bother with the "hit and run".. My manager was in the car with me.
What'dya think Ramblings? If it was my TL, I'd definitely call in a police report but in this scenario, WWYD?

Rental car companies couldn't give less of a shit about the rear bumper. I've rented 5 cars over the past month. Every time I tell them about the rear bumper damage, they say "oh yeah we already know about that" for every car.
If anything I would get an insurance claim against the guy for driving like a douche and acting like a douche.

Yummy moved it..
back to the petro thread..
I really find it funny that rusty lives up to his namesake. He keeps posting the same thing but seems oblivious to the basics of ignition timing. Is he really plotting against load or RPM? What we really need are knock monitoring data points. How asinine is it to think that 87 octane is the baseline.. and somehow magically 93 gives you more power. How is running anything at the bare minimum spec a good idea.

Also the division of RE/MAX we deal with had their lead programmer (5 years there) leave in January. I got an email when he left and it read strange, as if he was leaving... turns out he was leaving.
Fuck. Now they have no prog and there's some SEO douche cunt that calls himself a prog trying to help me because they need to push me some data and he has no clue what the fuck he's doing. Type of guy that went in management and accounting, didn't get a job, and now does SEO shit to make ends meet.
I was forced to send him an example of the data they're pushing on our FTP every morning and he's "gonna look into it".
Hate that shit, the prog that used to be there was good and on the same line of thought as me, GET SHIT DONE.
