19" petrol vengeance

I have a 2006 acura tl base automatic but Im considering purchasing a set of 19" petrol vengeance 235/40/19 or 235/45/19 Im worried they will cause any sort of mechanical issues. Does anyone have any suggestions whether I should stay away from that size or will it be a bolt on wheel and not have to worry about any thing with the transmission?? please helppp!!

I went with 245/35/19" the best size tire for a 19" rim. Or 235/35/19"

A 235/40/19" tire is about 1/2" higher. I think the only problem with be the speedo will be off a few MPH.

When your going 30mph, your speedo will say aprox 28mph

I suggest 245/35/19" tires !!!

245 should be fine for the rear but 245 for the front may rub though depending on the offset of the wheels. Just a little caution.

^^^ Thats the offset I had on a set of 19"x8.5" wheels on my long gone 06 TL 6-speed

+35 all around with 245/35/19" Tires and lowered 1.7" front and back. No rubbing at all.
