Hey all, glad to report the dealership ended up taking care of things. I got a set of brand new 22" Asanti wheels, and the problem with the doors not opening was due to the side skirts being pushed up. They replaced them with new and all was ok. In addition, they let me keep the 2 batteries and gave me free coffee and nuts while installed. I love Acura.

True story.

Saw the date, kept reading. The anticipation was great.

I was hoping to see he moved the car in front of the dealership lot near the road and put a big sign on it saying how much they sucked and wouldn't fix his car.

Dealership should've fixed it all since it happened on their lot. They should've not given him a hassle about doing that either because their insurance should cover it or reimburse them for it.

Oh, and he should've made sure they replaced his 18x8.5" Gunmetal A-Specs with brand new ones.

If that happened at the shop I worked at, it was covered since the vehicle was in our possession at the time and it is our responsibility to secure your property. I guess it is possible they have some release of liability agreement in the service order. We made sure to lock all overnight cars indoors. Shops have insurance for this sort of thing.
