Car still won't start.
Alright ladies and gents, I'm on my last nerve and I'm beyond ticked off.
-Tried jump starting the car, nothing. I do know the battery is weak though.
-Replaced the starter, car still won't start.
-Replaced the clutch switch, still won't start.
What should I be looking at next?

Also noticed that my battery is extremely drained. Even when I was jump starting it, it would not start. When I went to go roll my windows up, the windows did not want to move.
-So I'm thinking either it's a bad battery or possible alternator?

It's ok, I know you're in a crisis with your car and not very knowledgeable. Umm...
Based upon what we know, you're looking at something electrical.
 Hey! Check your starter fuse, I used to pull mine as a kill switch. Also, see if it's getting power. Put an amp meter on the battery, then have someone turn the key to start and see if the voltage drops or not.

Do you have a multimeter? What voltage is the battery reading across the posts?

Well here's the thing .. if you continue to try and crank the car, even on a new battery and it never turns over, then you're going to deplete the battery and the lights could be dim.
Unfortunately, "lights dim' is only a symptom but the root cause can still be something else.

Well, now we need to figure out why. You probably killed your battery when trying to start it.
Hook it up to a charger, see if you can get a charge on it. Atleast we could then rule out the battery.
Something is definitely going on here.
Charge your battery, ECU may not like it, but power your starter via jump wire for just a second to see if it turns over, given this is kinda risky. I don't even think I should recommend it.
Have you searched YouTube for no crank/no start diagnosis? It'll give you an idea on how to inspect for a fault in the electrical system.
Put an amp meter on your battery and see if it reads around 12v, or low like 2-3v, if it's low, its dead too. If not, something is depleteing it between your battery and electrical system.
After you can get it to 12v, if you can, start checking at varois 12v wires and harmesses to make sure it isn't being depleted deeper into the wiring on the car.

The only thing I can put my finger on at this point is either the alternator or a timing issue....
The only thing I can say about this, i did hear whining and growling noises before the car wouldn't completely start...
I am working at the moment (I work from home) so I'm limited to what I can do at the moment.
Keep in mind, I replaced the battery, starter, clutch switch. Still no start.

Could a flimsy positive battery cable cause a no crank ?
I know a year or two ago, I had to do some ghetto wiring where I wired electric tape to it. I did notice that some of the cable is now exposed...

Burning Brakes
All of the fuses checked out fine? Best bet would be to take it to a shop, they'll put it on a battery charger while cranking it over and further diagnose. The car will still start with a bad alternator it will just turn off when the battery is dead.

1000% a possibility...
If the clamp isn't providing a solid connection, you won't be getting all the electron juices to the proper places..

I have someone coming to look at it today for overall purposes, see what I need what it could use, etc. I'll give you guys a heads up on what it was or what it is if it get's to that point.
