Search the threads and you'll find quite a discussion on rotor warping and replacement. I went to Heel Toe and bought from them, but an of several other vendor can offer similar packages with rotos youll like.

What kind of noise would warped rotors create?

I hear noises when I brake, but my pads are still in good shape, so I'm not sure where its coming from.

I don't know if warped rotors make noise, but they cause feedback in the brake pedal.

I replaced my OEM warped rotors & pads (with plenty of life left in them) at 33k miles with EBC slotted rotors and hawk pads. Currently at 78k miles with no issues.

I kept mine OEm and have no issues. When I bought the car the driver's side front rotor was warped and my mechanic -honda tech- "turned it" and voila! No more issues- ANother mechanic was like "oh, noooo, you definitely want to change it." (?) Been driving 7k miles like this and no vibrations or anything strange, brakes well.
