Ok People...The Team Drive was great!!! The destinations will cater to everyone (young and old). Here are some lessons Learned.
1. Headlights needs to be turned on....
2. Walkie Talkie is a definite must have. Use different channel per group.
3. Soap Markers is really needed
4. Team should be in groups of 10. With 5 minute intervals.
5. When a breakdown from a group happens...everyone in the group must heal out.
6. Two Leaders per team is a must.
7. Directions will be provided at the meet.
Team Leaders...Any additional feedback?

Here is an update
Reminder: Acurazine and Neorick is not responsible for any Violation/Accidents/Traffic Tickets/Fender Benders
The Team Drive was great!!!
5. When a breakdown from a group happens...everyone in the group must help out.
6. Two Leaders per team is a must.
7. Directions will be provided at the meet
The meet will go as follows. Meet at Stonestown McDonalds between 8:00 -10:00am for coffee and light Breakfast. We will have a quick meeting and organize into groups (10 Cars per group) we are looking at 70 cars. We will then Drive to the designated route (TBD) and leave Stonestown promptly at 10:01am at 5 minute intervals.
This is not a race to see who has a better car, no showboating or racing. Team Leaders will be Lead Cars and Rear Tracker to make sure that we dont loose anybody. This will be a club type drive. .
The team leaders will help me manage the drive and the group. I know that some of you want to sprint from the start (Highly Discouraged). We all need to be responsible driver and observe all the traffic regulations. We will not tolerate any racing and unsafe speed. This is suppose to be a leisure drive. If you decide to race and violate the traffic rules..then you are on your own. Please respect others while driving.
We will be meeting at Stonestone Parking Lot, this will be a large meet and I want to make sure that everyone would enjoy the meet and have great photo ops. Get your cameras out and take lots of pics. Nothing more amazing than seeing a group of cars driving in a long formation
The Team Leaders have test driven a new route, created a new map and driving direction, right now we estimate the the drive will take about 1 Hour and there multiple stops and traffic lights so make sure you stick with your team leaders.
Every Group will have different routes depending on their timeline. We will hold on to the route until we finalize the plan...So far We are looking at wrapping the drive with final destination at APEX Motorsports for $5.00 BBQ and watch some cars being Dynoed.
Must have is a 2 WAY RADIO. Those who have extra radio please bring them. Each Group will use a different channel. I will announce the channel at the day of the meet.
For those who wish to drive at much faster pace, Ronnie/Klepto/Veen is in charge .
I am asking for everyones assistance so we can make this as smooth as possible. So keep spreading the word. The meet is primarily for all Acura cars, drivers of all ages. We have the Honorary Group Led by Ronnie.
RESEARCHFREAK Is working on coordinating the donation to the Ronald McDonald House....any amount is appreciated...cash/Check is ok
PLEASE CHECK THE THREAD THE DAY BEFORE THE MEET FOR ANY CHANGES IN THE PLAN...
Lets have a fun and safe meet!!!!
Keep the list going
Glad to see that the list is holding at 86....I know that there are some non-acurazine members that are joining us. Please note that this meet is for everyone who are car enthusiast. We are two weekend away from the Main Meet.
We have put together a variety of Routes...plans....happenings...and good food. I plan on making this an annual event....With that said, I welcome you all and have a nice meet.
