Here's a quick game plan.

I would like everyone to be at the hotel by 8pm, it would be preferable =)

I will block some parking space in front of the hotel for us. So if you find car door dings, it one of us that did it =P.

Please bring swimming clothes if you want to swim in the pool and hot tub. On Saturday night, we will be meeting and enjoying ourselves in the meeting room of the hotel. It can fit up to 50 people comfortably. There will be entertainment, but if you wish to bring a gaming system, let me know! There's an outdoor patio for us to relax too. There are food establishment around town if you don't like BBQ stuff.

I will buy some food to BBQ so yall won't get hungry =). Alcohol is ALLOWED.

Sunday Morning, we can go get breakfast before heading out on our cruise. I will plan a route for us to explore CenTEX area. Stay tuned!
