BTW what is the deal with the T-Shirts I paid the $20.00 I can't remember if I put the T- Shirt size. If you want an extra T-shirt how much.

 

I know we talked on the phone but thought I'd answer your questions on here for other's benefit as well.

We added the T-Shirt size to the registration after some people had already registered so I sent out an email requesting the updated information.

If you are getting judged (you pay $20) then you get 1 free T-shirt. If you want an extra shirt you need to either post up or PM me to let me know how many extra and the sizes. Extra T-shirts are $10 each.

If you want a T-shirt you need to specify the size AND pay in advance. We can not guarantee that there will be any extra shirts at the Meet for purchase.

 

When is the cut off for the t-shirt ordering? I may be entering another vehicle

 

Can I buy a shirt even if I don't attend?

Just went to book hotel reservations but they are in the process of switching management and have no record of a block reservation or discounted rate for us. Mac no longer is in charge there. Steven I will be pm'ing you

 

Thanks Steven for getting this issue fixed fast. Got my hotel booked, the staff was helpful once everyone was on the same page. Looking forward to the meet!!

All I finally just got through all the emails/pms and I've updated the registrations list with payments made, extra shirts wanted, and what payment is due.

I urge everyone to make sure that the payment amount and number of shirts/sizes (1 shirt per size listed) is correct on the attendee list.
