Well, Rockstar was a huge help and he did the cutting and mounting for me
He used screws and zipties. Didn't want to use anything permanent should I have to take them out later down the road.

Just in case I ran into any problems and they needed removal. I wouldn't sell these things.

Fat does give it flavor... Bro-ham
The bone in helps it cook faster/sear in flavor. The tissue near the bone is some of the most succulent and tasty part of the meat. Or maybe the problem is you haven't had real bbq since youre in Florida

Safety Car
While my KBP is at the body shop, I've been given a nicely equipped '13 Chrysler 300C AWD. It's not something I'd ever spend my money on but the interior and tech was surprisingly impressive. The 3.6 V6 moves the car pretty well too.

A friend of mine had a new 300 while her car was in the shop and I liked it. I agree, it wouldn't be anything I would spend my money on, but it rode great and the fit and finish of the interior was impressive.
