Bahahaha!
Oh, I wouldn't wanna be HIM!
GIGGITY!

^ Nice!
It's weird to me that there's such a lack of camaraderie among Acura drivers here, specifically those with 4G TLs. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who actively identifies other Acuras on the road - hell, I'll wave at other Acura drivers. They look at me like I've lost my mind and potentially want to rob them.

Wow... That is interesting. I know that over the years each vehicle I drive attracts a different type of attention from the individual owners. The lifted Superduty I have gets no attention from the stock Superduty owners, but the lifted trucks always seem to get a wave or a nod in return. The Civic Si gets every little Rickey Racer wanting me to throw down at every traffic light, yet I refrain from collecting any more driving infractions! LMAO!
Wait a minute... You drive a lifted Superduty? Dude you're on AZPSG with me...Small world... anyways Truck owners tend to have better etiquette than car owners in my experiance.

I do that now... more trying to find others to join us on here. I talk to any one I can about it...
LMAO! You are correct SIR! Yes, I am on AZPSG as well. This is a very small world. Truck guys do have better etiquette than car owners.... HANDS DOWN!
Yeah... I use the same screen name on every site I join, makes for easy identification from fellow members.
If i remember correctly, you were buying your home and were looking for appliances. I think you were interested in a washer and dryer I had for sale at one point....I could be wrong

Anyone have any experience with these guys here? They're in Tempe:

Trying to decide whether to go with them or Vivid for my poor car's desperately-needed H&Rs.

Thanks for the rec - always looking for new shops that are legit in the valley.
Back in the day, and I'm talking nearly 10 years ago, there was a shop in Mesa called SHO that I took my Accords to. They did excellent work but have long since been gone. Haven't found a replacement ever since, so my cars have been mostly stock. Now that I'm ready to start modding again, I really need a great shop that I trust my baby with.
Absolutely. I'm a big fan of ordering online @ the best price. I am just not sure where to turn to have the installation done.... Definitely am not getting the dealership involved in this one.

Back 15 years ago I did my own suspension work on my cars and trucks... Not so much now. These days I spend tons of time and money working on my bikes. I just bought a new bike and stripped it down to a frame and motor to do a full color change and accessory swap-out with my 3 year old bike. I have no idea why I tackle more expensive projects than I ever did before....maybe I am going a lil crazy in da head.
You might want to check a shop out called Grunions Customs on Cave Creek Rd. I understand they work on lots of different project vehicles including suspension modifications. Most of what your needing should be direct bolt on stuff.

What kind of bike?
It's always been more of a hobby than anything else - I never got into the social aspect, although now that I'm a bit older and - ehem - a little more financially stable than my 19 year old self, I'm really wanting to get more into the social scene.
Darn. Looks like they do everything but Acura.

I'm a Harley Bagger kind of guy... Love the big bikes, mainly the Street Glide!
Quick with the correction on the "older" topic, eh? LMAO! For many years I worked, saved and built a couple nice vehicles myself. I never realized how much money I sunk into those things! Now, I have my limits... and the bikes I have figured out how to NOT lose money on them.
It's been a while since I have been in the social scene as well... Always up to meeting new people!

Yes and no..... Idk. My ex and I always had other Honda guys around - you know, always working on something in someone's driveway.

hey whats up. I just wanted to check-in and introduce myself to the other AZ ppl's on here. I'm Luke, just got my TL-S a few weeks ago. Had many previous Honda's & Acura's (integras, cl, accord) so been around for a while.
I've been on here for a while to but normally just to look something up or whatever.
Anyhow in case I see ya at some point or there's a meet I just wanted to say hi to everyone in the AZ region.
