i havnt seen MAE style wheels on a TL yet and i think it flows nicely. I'd say go lower tho

Sorry, it is ridiculous. I don't understand the infatuation of looking like something the TL is now. RWD. What is wrong with doing it with the same size wheels all around? Just get a RWD car!

This is one sad trend seemingly growing as the cars price drops....

I dont know how I feel about those wheels in general, I don't really like the design and it doesn't seem to flow well with the car, sorry. I like the last 3 pics, because of the masive lip on the wheels but from the side, it just doesn't work for me.

 

I am also kind undecisive about the wheels. I think they look better on larger VIP styled cars.

but overall you have great mods

haha yeah but they still raised it. im thinking about going to sierra and bitching at them, cus it fucked up my alignment and i had to get it redone. i just lowered it .5in f&r today and got a new alignment.. shit was a bitch. oooo so you were the friend he was talking about haha. tires? hit up tire central on walnut grove in san gabriel they have good deals. haha let's do a shoot soon too haha. willy told me you were really good with electrical, im horrible at that we should meet you could teach me a few things haha!

its not about the RWD its about the look and the style. doing something new. same size wheels all around isn't a bad thing, but its not a must either. we got all our own opinions glad you have yours

Myself, not really feeling that face at all on those wheels, but OMFG that rear lip

What's the specs on those wheels, what size tires you running? Any spacers?

 

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and it's all good. My personal response to the "RWD" comment and "same size all around" would just be that the TL's rear end looks bigger, especially with the Type-S Aspec kit so I think it looks better when the sizing is different. As for my car (the RSX in the first picture... still needs a better drop bad... on springs right now) I have the same sizing all the way around and i like it that way.

I was disappointed that we didn't get to stay at the spot longer so I could get more shots but the popo passed by and we decided to jet before anything happens.

 

i like what you did with the stance but i am not feeling the wheel face. But stance is dead on

 

yep tire central for sure since i always go there for tires lol. im just not too sure about my tire size just yet since im running some low offset in 20" =\ but yea im a electronic geeks when it come to cars, but i am not held reliable if i f up =p lol. had my car stripped for 4 days while i was redoing my interior for video.


lol willie you arent down for photoshoot then, when me and tommy go out for pictures we wait till the cop come and talk to us. if you respect them and dont disrupt them your good. even the cop gave us compliments lol.
then again my first time being in the rearseat of a cop car was from a photoshoot =\

Ok, i dont wanna be a hater these are just my opinions

Im not really diggin those wheels. They are a little "too much". But they're unique though

And the photography just looks like some mediocre tripod'ed long exposure shots. I know black is hard to shoot but lighting could have been much better and white balance is inconsistent and all over the place(assuming first and last shot was intentional).

Love the new front tho. changes the look of the car. It's a lot cleaner than the 04-06's..
