Windshield Washer problem
The windshield washers have a mind of their own. Sometimes they don't turn off, on intermittent they will wipe once or 10 times. I had heard that their is a problem with the wiper stalk on the steering wheel. Is this a recall?

I think you mean windshield wipers. In any case, are you sure you don't have the stalk set on intermittent? If so, yes, it WILL have a mind of it's own because it's speed sensitive.
