Switching to synthetic...do I need to flush?

Switching to synthetic...do I need to flush?
i'm almost at 30,000 km and a change is due. the cars always been on conventional from the 1st 2 free servicing and the semi-major type 3 servicing. would be ok to just dump in the synthetic or would i need to flush out the old oil with something???

It's recommended that u do an oil change w/ oil flush additive b4 u switch to full synthetic. Some conventional oils r not compatible w/ synthetic oil causing ur seals to break n leak.
