Dashcam Hardwire - 2010 TSX

I recently purchased a Thinkware dashcam with hardwire kit. The hardwire kit is designed to run to the fuse box and tap into 3 locations:
1. Constant on
2. Ignition on
3. Ground
Ground is easy. But where in the heck do I tap for the other two? I thought that the accessory fuse #23 would be the best bet for the ignition on source; however, i tested that fuse with and it is constantly on. How in the heck does that work?

run down a pillar to fuse box in the driver's kick panel. Find a fuse that's ignition on, find a constant on. use them.

Being in a 2nd Gen TSX specific forum I was expecting a little more specific information (i.e. "use fuse # and #). I understand the theory behind constant on and ignition on; however, my first attempt at this I tried the passenger fuse panel. Thought i had an ignition on (#6) and constant on (#12) but it didn't behave as i expected. (For example, power was cut when headlights went off.) I'm totally fine with rerouting to driver side; however, I want to make sure i know exactly where to tap before i go through the trouble. I obviously don't fully understand the wiring in this car as, per my earlier mistake, I figured the accessory fuse (#23) would be ignition on. That of course isn't the case.

Try using the wiper fuse for ignition on.
