If you don't have the spare tire kit and you get a flat and the tire is not in condition to be driven, is the roadside assistance brings a donut with a tire ? If not, how do you get home ? Thanks

when I use my tl-s wheels for winter, I keep the dummy in the trunk, when I use my 19 inch summers, I keep a tl-s in the trunk

The time I had my summers on and a dummy in the trunk, I was screwed because it wouldn't clear the bbk and I had to get it towed for $266

So the cheap way is, buy the tools, jack and a donut wheel with a tire and have it loose in the trunk ?

There's a whole kit thingy that allows you to mount it all down in the underfloor cubby. Not just rolling around loose or anything.

Couldn't you just rotate one of the rear tires to the front?

Put the spare on the rear. Put the car back down. Put the rear on the front.

Don't you think I tried? lol .. I waited 4 hrs for the tow truck to get there on a rush hour Friday evening

they are staggered, the rear wouldn't clear the caliper I tried everything

I even emptied the whole fix a flat crap can, there was a tiny rip in the tire about 6mm away from the wheel lip, thank got a didn't bend a rim

you really don't need to buy the whole kit, I'm sure it includes all the cosmetic carpeting stuff that goes around the tire.

I just realized, if I want to rotate the tires at home I sill need to buy the jack and the tools but I hope the tools of my TL will work on the TSX.

Yeah, they should work. But you really should get a real jack and stands if you're going to do anything but emergency work on the car.

I bought the INSERTS that were different from the stealer. local price matched the cheapest I could find.
spare tire from ebay....a honda accord uses same spare.

bolt and wheel hold down came from stealer.
jack and tools with foam piece from ebay.

I added small chocks, gorilla lug wrench.




most times I will be calling AAA as well but when he gets there he at least has a spare to mount.

I think all the part numbers have been posted before search should find them/
