Valve Adjustment? Hot engine Misfires

Ive been having some minor issues with warm engine misfires, getting misfires codes for each cylinder including:

Codes
301
302
303
304
305
P1457
300 random
P1399

I dont think its spark plugs or coils because i changed plugs a year ago and coils seem fine. Car start good when cold. Only warm starts ill get shaking and a rough idle which sometimes turns on the CEL and TCS lights.

P1399 ive seen says it could need a valve adjustment, also symtoms of this say hard warm starts and rough idle. Ive also heard it can be the fuel pressure, etc.

Car (00!TL) has 145000 kilometres and has a ticking noise sometimes on cold starts. Which goes away when driving.

I dont think a valve adjustment has been ever done. What is the cost for this?

Any advice? I put seafoam in the gas tank and started using only Shell priemium gas. Helped a bit but still got a rough warm start yesterday.

Are you 100% Sure the coils arent to blame? testing them is quite easy and effortless.
Valve Adjustment is a 3 hour service if done right, So you are looking at a 300 bill at least give or take.

The first time I did on my TL it took me around 4-5 hours since I was taking my sweet time doing cyl by cyl, Second time it took me around 3 hours since I knew what to remove... Third time I think I can make it a little less than 3 hours now that I know exactly what to remove and I can do 2 cyls at a time..

The thing is it only sometimes, in the morning it starts fine but only when the engine is warm, like going in the store for 20min. Even then its not all the time. The thing is every misfire is a different cylinder. I saw somewere that p1399 on hondas/acuras can mean valve clearance problem.

Well if it has never been done then MAYBE because 145,000KM = 90,000Miles and Valve Adjustment is usually needed at 114K Miles.
You can do the adjustment yourself is not hard just time consuming, Look at the many YouTube reference videos and you don´t need it to be exactly for the TL as any J-SERIES Valve Adjustment is done exactly the same (Except Dual VTEC Heads).

+1 on you needing a valve adjustment since you're getting random misfires.
