Takata Air Bag Recall Update 2015: Is Your Car Affected? How To Check VIN, Model, Year For BMW, Dodge, Ford, Honda, Toyota, Nissan And More
I seen a post in the 3G TL forum about a recall on vehicles with Takata airbags. Checked it out on IBT and the 02-03 TL's are being recalled. Check it out in the link above first and maybe call acura to see if it may really be an issue for any of you

the dealer can run your VIN and tell you if effected
That list is growing every day, they just doubled the numbered of covered cars!
you can call acura care- 1 800 382 238 x5 for human, register as owner so they know where to send recall notices,
ask if there are any current or old unresolved ones for you
ck online with acura Acura Owners Site | Exclusive Knowledge, Service, & Benefits set up account by VIN and look on recall page, sometimes that one is slow updating = dealer is best way to know for sure- parts or service desk can help you- its all right there in their computer

when reading acuras recall page on your car, OPEN means needs to be fixed
ignore anything about trans warranty- that's long gone
FIXED only means repair was completed, not that it actually fixed the problem!
