Are sway bar bushings easy to change?

Are sway bar bushings easy to change?

How easy are the sway bar (swing bar) bushings to change. Is it fairly easy when the cars on a hoast. Any parts need to me removed to replace old sway bat sm bushing.

I did mine with a floor jack and jack stands. It's been a while, but I remember how much the bushing compressed after cranking it down. Because at first I was thinking it was the wrong bushing.

1) Lift car with a jack and support securely with jackstands.
2) Under the car, you will see where the sway bar attaches to the body with brackets that hold the bushings in place. Remove the retaining bolts. Apply a thin layer of chassis grease to the inside of the new bushings, clean up the brackets, and reinstall.
