I have a 2003 Acura TL with 225000k on it runs great >>>> few things are staring to go wrong but I cant complain> I lucked out earlier this week I found a Black 2003 Acura TLS A Spec with only 91000 k on it> The Tranny was replaced under warranty at 53k >>>> I am really looking forward to picking it up next week. I am not sure if I will keep my old TL it has been such a good car.

Rebuilt trans twice, seems OK right now.
Recently had to replace the front subframe that rusted out. After that ($700) I decided to look for a new vehicle, but keep the TL. Still have not done the 2nd Timing belt/water pump. Not sure when/if I'll be doing that.
Oddly, there is not body rust unlike our 2005 MDX, which is rusting all over the place.

My 2000 TL is currently at 244,600. I purchased it around 90k and I believe it had the transmission recalled prior to my purchase. Ideally I'd like to milk it to 300K.

Bought my 2000 TL with 114,000 on it. Blue bolts on the tranny--that means it was replaced before I got it, right?
Anyway, now at 194k. Only routine maintenance till this weekend. Cleaned EGR valve and replaced a coil pack.
Oil change every 5k, tranny fluid 3X3 every 30k. Still runs well.

WTH!! I didnt even get to finish what I was trying to say. But I just joined n I like all the 2gs I been seeing. Anyways to get on topic, I just picked up my 02tls about less then 3months ago with 198k n its got 205k! 2nd owner with original tranny and still running strong.

1st Tranny (as far as i know)
Did a 3x3,and swapped the screw on.
So far so good. Just some... experienced paint, and a bit of leather failing on the drivers seat.

135K on a 2000. Been in the fam since 2003 when ot had 40k miles. Transmission replaced at 75k. Car is maintained religiously and no other problems so far.
I am going to put some new brake pads within a week or two.

2003 TL-S bought it with 69,000.00 and just broke 178,000.00. Sadly im on my 1st rebuilt tranny. When i drive it hard it drives fine when i drive it normal it starts to hickup

2002 TL-S with 170,000, original tranny, nothing really wrong except the driver's side heated seat doesn't work and sometimes turning up the volume from the steering wheel changes the radio station. Original headlights just now went out, replaced all with aftermarket kit because I suspected one of the ballasts being bad. I bet I'm due for a tranny flush.

Just hit 240,000 miles and running strong. Tranny replaced early on.
The only major (expensive) fixes were the headlights/ballast replacement and tiny oil leak that will likely result in an oil pump replacement.
