Question Power Steering Leaking

So I think I have a couple issues with my power steering.

First, the power steering whines and there's air in the fluid. I replaced the o-rings at the pump on both the input and output lines, but it still whines and there's still air in the fluid. I didn't use Honda parts. Could that be the issue? I'm planning on replacing pump.

Second, I think there's a leak somewhere, possibly on one of the lines that I can see toward the bottom of the engine (front, passenger side). I refilled the reservoir and let it sit for a couple days. Oil under the car and reservoir is now half empty. I can't be 100% certain the oil is PS fluid. Any ideas on this? Can it be fixed without replacing the PS hose? I know that's a pain.

I'll try to attach a photo.

Thanks?

Here's a pic of the hoses. Notice there's quite a bit of oil on the one to the right. There's some oil under the one on the left, too.

The pipe looks very rusted if it is indeed the pipe Honda only sells the pair not a single one as they are welded in the middle.

Luckily they are somewhat cheap! the part you are looking for (If it is the Pipe) is:
53779-S0K-A00 = 55 bucks.

Thanks. Kind of looks like a pain to replace. Is it?

Well that was a pain in the a** to get out. Now I have no idea how to get the new part in. Had to bend the crap out of the old one to get it out. Oh, and it was rusted out and leaking, so it did need to be replaced.

If anyone out there has any experience replacing the combination return pipe, that would be great!
