Use a 12Volt test light and find the wire for the hot power on those lights.
Clip a connecter to it - insert new wire and clamp shut- cover with tape.

Am I an idiot because I dont know what that means? I mean there are like 23984723984729834 wires in that section where the fuses are... Just do it by trial and error?

Or does anyone have a wiring diagram I can look at to find out where I need to go with these wires?

Just as a general caution, be very careful when you're working on the wiring. If your're not careful you can fry some expensive electronics and you can actually disable your car.

One forum member had this happen recently while wiring up door handle LEDs.

Fttsmy (something like that) has a pic of the back of the drivers side fuse panel with a red circle, the circle is what you need to connect the positive to for the lights to turn on when you flip the side marker switch. I use that for my Footwell LEDs
