your guess is as good as mine. Ive never had any metal shavings in the oil. First 2 changes were sent off to blackstone labs with great test results. This just appeared. Only 1 bearing was effected so my only guess is that it got dry during the sitting and upon startup there was just enough friction???

I still dont have any decent pics of the car. This is the best i have. I dont have the fog lights in yet and i dont have the front lip on. Im trying out a STI front lip and trying to modify it to fit the stretched bumper.

Such a dramatic departure from the stock front end.

Thanks. I wanted to get rid of the stock grille attached to the hood. It just never flowed right with the front with the headlights. I also wanted a different (than 2nd gen) crossbar for the A. Overall im pleased with the way it looks. Every thing is pushed forward so that it flows better and everything lines up nicer.
