idle air problem.

OK so I have a 99 tl and I've been fighting with a iacv code. So I've replaced the valve, cleaned out the throttle body, cleaned out the egr and manifold port. Tested for vacuum leaks and have yet to find one on the intake side. I do hear a very loud hissing coming from my PS pump with a bit of fluid on and around the pump. I have also noticed a burning smell that is not a normal smell. My question is would a PS pump leak cause a vacuum leak and would that cause my iacv to pop code and vcause the erratic idle that seems to be a commonproblem with these valves??? Any help????

The power steering leak can cause an erratic idle because of the power steering pressure sensor. You need to fix the leak.
