Hood Strut differ from 99-01 & 02-03?

Hey my hood structs stopped working so I am currently looking for a new set to purchase and came across these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/171651946941?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
It doesn't list compatibility with 02-03 TLs, but I thought they were the same?

Should they work for an 03 TL?

02-03 tl is different from the rest. Part Number: 74145S0KA02

All cl and 99-01 tl use the same hood support cylinders.
