After Head Gasket, CEL, P0335 & P1259

Okay, for those of you that know, my car overheated back in May. Blew the HG at Cylinder 1, like you could tell where the coolant dripped into the cylinder. No hydrolock, or anything of that nature, got it put back together, burped, and all is good, except for the aforementioned CEL codes.

I have found NOTHING helpful as far as a diagnosis for the CKP that the 335 is for, and when I cleared it out, the engine almost stalled. The 1259 I know is a VTEC malfunction, so I get to chase that tomorrow (yay), but I'm clueless about the 335.

Car is in full on limp mode, won't go past 3,000RPM, CEL on, etc, etc. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it? I was told by the guy helping me fix it that that sensor is in the valley, under the lower IM. I just want to see if there are any other stories before I go dissecting the top end again.

Thermostat was the original issue, it cooked the water pump and blew the head gasket. But the heads have been machined properly and so on. I burped it yesterday and it showed no signs of wanting to overheat. Just those two codes.

The Crankshaft Position Sensor is not under the IM. It's attached to the oil pump, so you'll have to remove the crankshaft pulley and upper and lower covers to get to it if it needs to be replaced.

Thanks for the help guys, come to figure out me and the guy that was working on it with me forgot to plug the sensor in.... Both codes went away, but there is what looks like a ground wire still hanging down there, any ideas?
