OEM accessories outside US

I am getting a 2006 Honda Legend here in Europe next week and asked the dealer for accessories. There is nothing left in any of the European dealers, no wood steering wheel, 18" wheels and not even mud flaps.

Some US Acura dealers sell parts online but they are not allowed to sell outside US (Honda/Acura policy).

I couldn't find used parts on Ebay and I am more interested in new parts.

If anyone of you want to help you can order the parts from a dealer and sell it to me via Ebay. I am mainly interested in a black wood steering wheel, preferably new.

Get your part numbers together and call John at Acura of Augusta at (800) 736-8618 or (706) 737-5200. He's a good guy and I think he'll do anything he can to help you out. Good luck---

Hate to be Debbie Downer, but I recently went through a similar effort. That "May Have Been Discontinued" note means you're probably not going to find it. You'll order it and it'll process but a few days later the dealer will get back to you and tell you it's no longer available.

Sorry. Used stock is probably the way to go.

The wheel hasn't been stocked for a couple of years. The standard "wood" wheel in the 2009+ models is identical, but more expensive. Used 2005-2008 accessory or used 2009-2012 stock are the ways to go.

The ASpec wheels aren't much of an upgrade for the price IMO. A much better wheel can be bought aftermarket for the same price.

Have you tried Lings Honda UK? They ship to the US.

Lings would be the best choice to get Legend parts to Finland. Dont have to pay any extra vat or custom fees. They are listing some of those mud flaps but it seems that not all of the colors are available. Price is something else, more than 100€ each.

Most of the mudflaps are sold out. That's why mine are Lakeshore, wich matches if the sun is at the right angle!

I've bought parts from Acura of Peoria in the past - they're good.

I'd avoid buying parts here in the UK as far as possible - unless you like being ass-raped. Prices will make your eyes water.

What is the situation (USA or UK) with pre-facelift 18" OEM wheels, new or used?

Rare as rocking-horse teeth, over here. Many would like to upgrade.

I think you'll find some used/remanufactured ones in the US. You could always have then re-powdercoated anyway. The shipping might be a bit expensive though - they are very heavy.

Also, don't get TL ones by mistake - IIRC, the bore & PCD are different, even though they look the same.

I need some 18" or 19" for winter, my OEM 17 inch wheels are warped and too small anyway. It's hard to find decent looking aftermarket wheels that fit. Does anyone have OZ Superturismos in their RL/Legend?

You have to fit rims before buying, these 19"s are tight fit with these calibers.

These 19"s are actually BMW`s front wheels.
