So... you bought suspension but unsure of the specs?
Your post is very hard to decipher. "What's good" when it comes to ride height and dampening is 100% personal to what your goals are. Watch this video and see what works for you:

Hi, welcome to the forum. You will find above the main forum 4 sub-forums with special themes targeting certain areas of the car. Please wander into the suspension forum and see if you can find you answer there. There are at least two members on Largus coilovers. If you find them, you can send them a PM or bump their thread to speed up your search of an answer.
What is probably most helpful is the "search this forum" toolbar just to the top-right of all forum pages. That is the most direct route to search the forum you are in along with its sub-forums.
You can try to create a new thread (as long as it's not a duplicate) and hope one of the two members randomly appears to give you your answer, or you could help yourself by digging around in the plethora of information here. Either choice is fine. It's up to you.

Setting up suspension is ALL trial and error, there's really no way around it.
As for preload, I always went with keeping the spring snug so it doesn't budge at all. Coils should have come with instructions as well.
