I've seen some 2005-2008 Rl with the straight shifter from the 09-12 models. This is something im really interested in



i know Qatar had this and said that u need to order the right parts from Europe. Any help on how i would do this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure if it will bolt/mount right in though.

If that link doesn't work, you can go to Delray Acura - Online Acura Parts Store and put in a 2009 RL and click on "select lever"

I'm pretty sure the 2009+ will not work. They did away with the manual shifts from the knob for those models. For this mod, you will need left hand drive 2005-2008 Honda Legend parts which still include the area to the left for +/-. Please note that no one has successfully performed this mod to my knowledge.

That's what I was told to do. I need to find a place to order the Left hand drive Honda legend parts. Probably from Belgium or something. I know it can be done, Qatar did it to his many a years back but does anyone know a European wholesaler or should I contact Honda in various countries itself? Any more help would be gold.

i think i got the perfect person for the job to do this conversion. showed this pics to wifey today, she didnt seem amused.. i'll keep at it but thanks to all those who gave me a hand i now know where to get everything i need.
