2017 NSX at Cars and Coffee, Cleveland
This was the last C&C of the season at Starbucks. It was cold, but special. Here's a Casino White NSX next to my 1999 Kaiser Silver. My 1999 is a smaller, shorter (height) car than the new one. Of course, this is now the second one I've seen in the last three days. This one doesn't have the carbon fiber bits or the optional intertwined wheels.
I love the flying buttress detail on the new car. Wowwwwwww.
This tiny trunk means two things: a) you won't be taking yourself or any buddies golfing. b) No grocery store runs like I can do in my 1999. Right after this Cars and Coffee, I filled my trunk with groceries and did a Sam's Club run. I love the THICK, soft carpeting inside the trunk, though. What a nice detail!

Nice! Really amazing just how small the 1G NSX is.
IIRC, Jay Leno reviewed the NSX and they tested the trunk size (to him it was "good size"...but he's probably used to all kinds of cars with either 0 or essentially 0 trunk/cargo space) and it said that it would fit just about 1 golf bag...which may have been by design. Since the typical buyer will likely enjoy/have access to golf courses on a regular basis.
One of the last C&C here in KC is in 2 weeks and we do have at least 2 NSXs at the local Acura dealer....so if lucky I might be able to see one in the wild as well...

The trunk definitely looks too small, or at least wrongly configured, for even a single golf bag. I'd like to see someone try to stuff one into that space.

I'll just have to take their word for it.....but based on what I saw in real life, I gotta see pics, LOL, . I'll have to ask if any of the new owners on NSX Prime has done it yet.
I don't thin Peets has made it to Cleveland yet.

that line is a bumper sticker here in the Bay area - so it is car related

I posted a new thread on NSX Prime. Let's see if anyone heeds the call for a picture of the golf bag fitment, LOL! Or at least a Sam's Club run.

Just saw my first 2.0 NSX in the metal - my dealer got their second one in -- number 408. It is Casino White with most of the exterior/interior carbon options and ceramic brakes. What a beauty. Wish I could have heard it run. The one thing that was obvious is that Acura really preserved the low-cowl, command view of the road with this car. If only I weren't paying private college tuition for the next 4 years.
