major electrical problems?

So the other day the radio in my 01 Cl just stopped working. I pulled it out and checked the fuse on the back and it was fine. So I checked the fuse box and the fuse was blown. No big deal, I replaced it and it was fine. But when I went to back my car out of the garage, it was stuck in park and wouldn't get out. I looked it up and had to use the release on the shifter to put it in neutral. I pulled car out and the cluster didn't work. My windows or sunroof didn't work. And my transmission acts like its a 2 speed vtec lol. It starts off in second gear and will shift into third. I can't manually shift it with the slap shift either. So I'm completely lost. I've checked every fuse and they look all ok.

I had a similar problem, and if I'm not mistaken I changed the shift lock solenoid, and possibly the brake light switch. I'd also look into both multiplex fuse box units and swap those out. Of course after checking all fuses and relays.

Check number 10 from driver's side fuse box labeled instrument light or something to that avail.
I had the same symptoms when that fuse blew. Cluster was dead, wouldn't shift out of 3rd in drive or out of park and the windows and sunroof controls were dead.
