Same thing happened to me I spent 3+ hrs cutting both sides of the bolt and nut off and then drilling out the hole so that a new bolt could fit through.. took absolutely forever to get it off and have both holes line up and be equal size!

Hey guys,
I know this is a pretty old thread, But it seems like a few of you have done exactly what I'm thinking of doing. I have had a bone-stock CLS6 for a little bit now and I'm thinking about buying some headers as my first mod. The comptechs/CT-engineering headers are no longer around since they've gone out of business, so the only real headers I've found are the xs-power headers. How well have they been holding up? Are they made out of a good material?

Their flex pipe is trash. Either cut it out and have a new one welded in or have it wrapped really welling exhaust wrap. Don't use the trash bolts that come with it or the garbage gasket. Get both from your local dealership.
And don't get their shitty design one that has an additional flexpipe between the two headers. It's just another spot for leaks and shouldn't be needed. That was the cheaper inferior design.

The one shown on their website appears right. The price has certainly gone up over the years. I paid $99 shipped directly from them back around 2009.

Accord_V6_Header, ACURA / ACCORD V6 HEADER, Acura Honda Non Turbo Headers, XS Power Inc.
It only has one flex pipe and you can clearly see the 'bend' on one of the header manifolds to allow for the rear mount bracket spacing on the manual car.
