Anybody have or know where I can buy a nice clean goodx condition j32a2 engine for my six speed cl type s?

an acurazine member has a shop in dallas and has a surplus amount of J's,

I live in Houston and he shipped me J37 heads.

This. Pick up a nice used J35A3 and put your type-s cams in it. You will have a 3.5 type-s motor

Thanks guys. I would love to do a j35 what all do I have to do to mate it up to my cl AMD the 6 speed.?

You put the tranny on & tighten the bolts...

Nothing. Its the exact same block, just a different crank. Oh and since your are manual you need to swap over the crank position sensor and TDC sensors and front cam gear
