cl-p to cl-s motor swap

Hey first time posting im new to this. So basically ive had an 01 cls for a year now and noticed i had frame damage in the front thats preventing anything to line up right and leaving huge gaps between fenders. So i picked up an 02 cl-p with a blown trans for only $500. So basically i want to swap my cls motor and trans along with exhaust and suspension into the clp.
My main concern is setting up the upgraded intake system on the cls to work in the clp. Anybody done this swap and could shed some light?

I believe the dash wiring is different from CL-P to CL-S..

There's more involved than just swapping the motor/tranny

I have everything from the cls including harnesses im just hoping swapping harnesses would work. Im looking it up and keep seeing that an actuator and rpm switch would have to be added for the intake to work properly. Im just not understanding why that would have to be added.

You don't need anything custom. If you have both cars, it's a simple swap of the harnesses and modules. There's a stock IMRC module to the left of the driver's side foot well.

Just take pictures of everything when you take it out of your Type S, because there's bolts and threads for both CL-P and CL-S on every frame.

You will essentially replace the entire front clip, and the only parts that will attach to the rest of the car will be a couple wiring connectors (moonroof, rear seats, etc.). They should be plug and play, or maybe a couple repins at most.
