Wilwood Brake Calipers

I bought a 2001 CL and it came with Wilwood brake calipers already installed. Im assuming that they are the correct model for the car but I need to replace the pads and rotars. I was wondering if I need to replace the pads with Wilwood brand pads or will any brand that fits the car work as well? The problem is I'm having trouble finding the pads and it would be easier for me to pick up some new ones at auto zone.

You buy Brake pads for the Wildwood calipers, not the car model.

An example: For my Stoptech BBK I need to use pads specific to ST-40 calipers.
