Clutch and Flywheel Replacment!

So I'm replacing my engine in my cls6. I might as well replace my clutch and flywheel. Not really looking to get a performance gain out of it! Would y'all just go with oem replacment or something else? Replacing engine with j32a if that helps. Thanks

lets think this through.
you're not interested in a performance oriented clutch.....
seems like your only option is OEM...

also, if your original clutch and flywheel are fine...there is no reason to replace them...

only replace them if they are worn, broken, slipping, etc

I agree, and also do a J35 instead.

Um sometimes at high Rpms when changing gears it feels like the clutch isn't disengaging when I take my foot off the pedal?

Or just resurface the flywheel. It'll save you some money.

This of course depends on the condition when it comes out.

Oem is fine for most people. If you autocross or drag race, I'd go with XLR8 street/strip kit.

I regret putting in an Oem replacement over aftermarket.

Hey man. If I understand correctly, you're talking about the unsprung stock-spec LUK clutch, right? I've seen mixed reviews on this combo while searching through the forums, any issues since you've given it a try?
