2003 Acura TL-S cat delete

Hey kinda new here,
I've had my 03 for a while now and it makes pretty good HP, thing is, it doesn't sound as good when I'm reving it, kinda quiet, any way I can delete the cat but replace it just in case? Like a bolt on or something?

Yes for about $20 shipped you can order a test pipe for a 01 Accord V6 off Ebay. You will also want a 90 degree spark de-fouler for the O2 sensor should less than $20 as well.

It will soot up the back of your car and some say that it smells bad.

You're better off having a shop weld on some mufflers or replace your mid muffler with an aftermarket one. You won't get a nicer sound from no cat in my opinion.

If the CL-s exhaust system is like the accord, you should just start with removing the "pre-muffler", that will add some exhaust note to it.
A Cat-Delete will make it louder, might add some rasp to it at higher rpm.
Doing both, will be end up being loud. might add some Drone too?

Alrready bought and put the test pipe on, not too much difference, V-tec kicks in higher rpm's, sounds a bit more free, will a J-Pipe help performance?

VTEC kicks in at the same rpm always.
Our cars have traditional headers and they're the best power mod. If you're automatic, DC are quality.
