So I decided to start a thread for those of us who want to meet up. We haven't had a meet all summer, so we should get one going.

Sunday the 29th seems to be the best day for most of us and I think the afternoon is best. I'm pretty much open all afternoon, someone want to suggest a time?

Also, suggestions for a meet location and a location for photoshoot is needed as well? We could always meet somewhere and then drive to a different location for a photoshoot.

Good call on starting this up Will. Depending on where everybody is coming from...there are a few ideas I have for a location. Southglenn? Southlands? Somewhere close to Downtown? Could always go to the Great Indoors parking lot by Park Meadows, it's empty now. How about 1pm?

Great Indoors might be cool since it is empty. Afternoon sounds good, later afternoon is usually better for pictures, but don't really matter.

Ironically, I work in the DTC off Cty line and I-25.


Also, I live in Frederick so it would take me an hour to get there. If most of you live down there, no need to change on my account. We can all hook up next time.

Well crap fellas...I totally forgot that my family and I are going to the Dragon Boat festival on the 29th. So I won't be able to make it unfortunately. If everybody can re-work for Saturday the 28th, then I'd be able to swing it. But if not...I'll just have to keep an eye out for the next one. Sorry dudes.

True, but parking lot pics get borring

We live in Colorado, got tons of great backdrop scenery and skies. I just dunno where they are around that area. Even parking garages are good, need to try those rolling shots again. I figured out what I did wrong, had the shutter speed way too high

There's a RTD Lightrail Parking Garage we could go to that's off of I-25 and Lincoln Ave.

I'll also have a new mod installed before the meet

ah its a shame the gun show lands on the same day *tears*.. id be down to grab my skateboard and hold onto a rachet strap to possibly get closer or AT LEAST lower angle rolling shots
