slightly better priced here, though missing certain parts. I'm sure you could easily source them though, if you wanted:

^You should buy it from the brick queen on bricklink. I follow her on Instagram. I will tell her a gentleman from Florida is going to be buying it today.

For $1 each, sure... why not. Little gifts for my nephews.

Since you're in CA, check toy section of your local 99 cent only stores: 99 Cents Only Store Locations Find a store near you

According to my local LEGO shop, the DC Superhero Girls line is super popular right now. Tried to buy the new Wonder Woman set, and it's all sold out. The Batgirl set was also sold out. Gonna buy it online.

Oh shit, Astro, you got that mining excavator!! I'm getting it at the end of May when my FIL comes to town. I'm so stoked for that thing, but have no idea where I will put it when it's done. The thing is just so big!!!

Sadly almost all of my sets are sitting unopened in a closet because there is no place for them. Even more sad is that as time passes they become discontinued...and then you question whether you really ever want to open them. Hopefully, one day I have the opportunity to bust them open and build them.

Depends on how your house is set up...but, a LEGO set as a stand-alone on a bookshelf or even large console table/media cabinet looks pretty cool.
