Point taken, but this thread in the past we've talked about those types of bands.

Is Zakk Sabbath with actual Sabbath players?
Nah, but a few guys that have played with Ozzy.

Pissed that yet again the Deftones aren't coming anywhere near me. One of my all time favorite bands. Seriously debating driving to Philly for that show...

Which Muse tour was that? I went to the one before Drones Tour. It was around when 2nd Law came out.

Last time I saw Metallica was in Cleveland because they didn't come here... I'll probably go to Philly for the Deftones show, but probably not Metallica

Never seen Metallica. Thinking of going to the Atlanta one.

Can't believe Deftones are coming to Charlotte. I can get some super cheaper tickets right now for it too on Groupon.

OMG I'M GOING TO SEE METALLICA1!!!!!!!1111 Got lucky, their system is kind of fucked up. I went with reserved seating. 1st row directly in front but like 70 yards back because of Gen Admission. Didn't want to stand for hours and get there a day early to hold my spot.

^ Nice!!!

I knew they were coming to Columbus but that sold out real quick. Might be able to make the Dallas show on my bday I haven't seen them since 2004.

So what should I expect as far as ticket prices tomorrow?

Bought my lawn tickets for Deftons, Rise Against, and Thrice last night.

Depends on the venue, I'm guessing it's an arena or stadium. I'd say at least $150-250

I am good with that but that is about my max I am willing to pay with tickets. I want to be under $600 to see them including taxes and fees. Hoping I can bum a place to stay with my sister in Atlanta.

That bad? I paid more than that for Green Day tickets cause my dumbass forgot to buy them when they went on sale and I had to buy them second hand as I had promised them as a Christmas present.

I don't know why but Metallica has always been a band I have wanted to see at least once.

Metallica is great live, and I've seen them 5 or 6 times, but they refuse to come here. Last time I saw them was in Cleveland and I don't feel like traveling to see them again

Why the hell would you pay that much to see Green Day?

Cause I haven't seen them since high school and Megan wants to be in the pit to see them.

The pre-sale had seats for $140 reserved 2, $160 reserved 1, and GA for $160. Reserved 1 obviously a little better. VIP was a little closer but they started at $250 per. $160 per $20 fees for mine. I did see the regular sale will have as low as $55 plus fees.

I would love to have some decent reserved seats. If I can get out the door for $350 or less with some decent location reserved seats I will be really happy. My concern is that it is a baseball stadium which I have never done for a concert. I feel like everywhere will be really far away unless you do GA and get there really early. Anyone with input on concerts at baseball stadiums?

I have that issue. Although I'm row 1, I have like 3/4 a football field in front of me.

Got tickets in the first couple rows of the outfield for $155 a piece. They has tickets for $105 but they were in the upper most deck in the outfield. I figured for $50 more I would rather be much closer. Hopefully it will end up being the right call. Fees are killer though. Between the two tickets I paid like $72 I fees.

Hate the fees, GF and I have been hitting up every groupon special for concerts we can find. $20 per ticket, no tax, no fees. Love it!
