This was Saturday Night 10/5. Eastbound on the BELT Parkway in Queens. I was driving past the lineup on the Westbound lanes.

i actually dont think stuff like this happens in LA, way too many cops in the area. I meant that I've seen a lot of these videos on youtube from east coast area lol. I've seen other videos from those ppl before too.
