Nice.

Evil, Challenger R/Ts aren't all that fast. I ran a 6 spd Super Bowl Sunday and from 45 or 50-115, his front bumper ended up even with my back bumper. He had a passenger and I didn't. He had at least exhaust; it was loud.

I only have high-flow cats and a cat-back exhaust.

Yeah the runs in the videos are from either 50-60 to 120mph. You can see i had him by about 5 car lengths in videos part 2 and part 3.

I've lost respect for 5.7L hemis since that day. I used to think Chargers R/T and Challenger R/T would be competitive for the G but I guess they just weigh too much.

The 6.1L SRT8 Charger was a much closer race and it makes almost +100hp and +150tq over the G37...

I ran a first gen (06'-10) Charger R/T last week. I didn't think he was gonna go after I sort of baited him, so I shifted to 3rd at 45 mph and then he hit it, and I followed. I walked him slowly but surely to around 115. If I'd stayed in second I'd have jumped out stronger at first and it would have been worse for him. His car was quiet, so not sure on mods, but I think those 1G Chargers trap around 98-100 mph stock.

The Challenger R/T's are all over the place. Some mags had them running 13.5 @ 105, yet I've seen some on the Tube running 14 flat @ 100. They're only around 4100 lbs (only, lol) so lighter than the Chargers.

I still want to run a 2011+ Charger R/T (I've run the Pentastar V6 and they're really slow). When I see the LED tails off in the distance, I'll try to catch up, but half the time it's a cop or turns out to be a Dart, lol.

Have you run your car at the track yet?

I expected more from it but it disappointed me (so did the camero rs and mustang v6. He did manage to pull in front of me (after I beat him) to "warm up his tires" smh lol

Crazy how the Challenger is a coupe and yet it weighs more than its 4-door counterpart. Either way both of those cars weigh too much, that's pretty much why they need such a big displacement motor to compensate for the weight.

Never took my car to a drag strip. I don't have any plans to as of yet. If I do, I'll post videos for sure.

The G37 forum is really strict and any talk or video footage of street racing is prohibited and gets deleted. That's pretty much why I post everything over here on AZine.

I always wanted to race a v6 charger, challenger, camaro, mustang.

I already beat a v6 roush-package mustang and a R/T challenger which is pretty much the same as a R/T Charger.

I have yet to run against a v6 camaro and would like to.

I ran against a LS3 camaro and it was pretty embarassing for me. His exhaust was so loud that when he got on the throttle it scared the hell out of me and I just completely let off the throttle out of fear.

I think the newer (2011+) Hemi Chargers are around 4300-4400, so they're heavier than the Challenger.

The new V6 Camaro is up to 330-335 hp and has lost weight. It's supposedly a mid 13 second car now, so quicker than before. The new SS is no joke either. It lost a couple hundred pounds and is up to 455 hp. Low 12's @ 116. The 5.0 is playing second fiddle now.
