Front panel wood trim replacement

The front wood trim of my 99 Acura 3.0 CL got damaged (Item 9 in attached diagram). Does anyone know how to remove/replace the wood trim? Can I just pull the trim out of the clips, or are there additional parts that need to be removed?

Thanks.

Open the glove box and as if from the floor there is a screw in the far left of glove box going up into far right on wood trim.

Is that the only screw that needs to be removed?
