What the heck? Gas smell; low, rumbling idle?

I don't have time to search... I barely have time to make this thread but I took my car to pep-boys clean out my EGR to get my CEL off. It's off and I then got it inspected but since then I have noticed a smell of gas when I'm driving around and when I come to a stop my idle is very rumbly... It shakes the car unnormally and it's slightly irratating... It feels like it may stall but it never does. It also goes from 500 RPM's to like 700 and back down?

I was just wondering if anyone knows whats up? Could the people at pep-boys have f-ed up my car? I checked under my car and there is no gas tank leak.

Sorry again for not searching

Help a brotha out though

acura dealership does it for free.

you have further carbon buildup. try taking your Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) and your throttle body and clean them both out. Besides that if the problem occurs you might want to check your O2 Sensor
