Steering wheel problem!!!!!!!!

Steering wheel problem!!!!!!!!

My steering wheel makes a rubbing sound like plastic rubbing together or something like that. It happens when i turn left or right doesnt matter. Doesnt seem to affect the steering but it is annoying!!! Anyone have a solution?! 03 CL

Right behind the steering wheel, and in front of the cover. look in between and turn the steering wheel at the same time, you will see something touching. it could be a loose piece or what ever it is, you should be able to figure out the solution by looking at it.

Thats exactly where the noise is coming from in between the wheel and the column. I tried looking around but i dont see anything.

u need to look at it while turning. Thats when the pieces rub.
do you have the original steering wheel and has it ever been replaced?

Original man ive had the car for like 3 months it just started happening yesterday. I was driving last night and didnt hear anything, but when i drove the car today i noticed it. Best way i can explain the noise is rubbing plastic

Take the plastic cover off. See if there's anything in there.
