Rear Headrest Latch

On my 2010 TL the rear seat headrest latch fails to catch in a "rest" position (in the following photo one tab appears bent but both tabs are undamaged.) This happens on both outside seats though I'm able to get the one behind the drivers seat to catch however if I am able to get it to release. It looks like I'll have to replace both rests as I believe the interior catch is probably damaged. I'd like to know if this is common or if anyone else has the same problem.

Thanks,

Jon

There is a TSB for this. Your dealer will know what to do - under warranty.
